Kebabs are the tastiest dishes to create and bring out your creativity with the combination of various colours. Colour up your new year with this tender burst of flavours.

1.5 kg steak (cut into medium sized cubes)
5 Tbsp oil
Lemon juice (one large lemon)
4 Tbps Worcestershire sauce
½ tspgarlic powder
2 tsp BBQ/steak and chops spice
Salt and pepper to taste
Mixed bell peppers (cut into large cubes)
2 large red onion (cut into large cubes)
1. Ina bowl, mix oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, BBQ/steak and chops spice, salt and pepper to taste.
2. Toss onions and peppers with a dash of oil, salt and pepper in a separate bowl.
3. Add marinade to cut beef cubes. Allow to marinade for 3 hours.
4. Assemble the beef, peppers and onions on a skewer in your desired order.
5. Place kebabs in preheated grill (140 degrees) or over preheated coals.
6. Turn kebabs occasionally till desired doneness.
7. Serve warm and enjoy.
1. Soak wooden kebab sticks in water, hours before grilling.
2. Tomatoes, par boiled potatoes, baby marrow and other vegetables can be used.
