EMMANUEL NDHLOVU - INNOVATIVE MIXED AND VEDETABLE FARMER OF THE YEAR

Emmanuel Ndhlovu is an ambitious upcoming small-scale farmer who is based in Lusaka West particularly Makeni area where the various faming activities are happening on his 5-acre farm plot.

He grew up doing farming from his tender age until he fully took it up as a business in 2006from his parents. He was doing his tenth grade. Since then, he managed to sponsor himself to school up to tertially level where he acquired a degree. Mr. Ndhlovu is also renting an extra 5-acre farm from within the same area just to grow his business.

The various vegetable farming activities on his farm, has impacted in his life enabling him to create a business network and knowing how business can be run. Furthermore, this farming business has developed a desire in him of how he can become a leading vegetable farmer in this country and contribute to the development of the country’s economy.
