Its summer! Nothing beats a nice cold Lemonade on a sunny day. This is a great beverage for hard working farmers in the field, school going children and the family.

Ingredients
11/2 cups fresh lemon juice (about 9-10 medium lemons)
8cups of clean water (extra might be needed)
1cup household sugar
Mint leaves/strawberries (as garnish)
Method
1. In a medium saucepan, add1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar. Stir till sugar dissolves and solution isclear. Set aside to cool.
2. Add freshly squeezed lemon juice to sugar syrup and stir.
3. Add 8 cups of water (taste as you add and adjust to how sweet or tangy, you'd want your lemonade to be). Addmore if needed.
4. Add fresh mint/strawberries as a garnish. Best served chilled. Enjoy!
Chef tips and tricks
1. Use freshly squeezed lemon juice and not bottled.
2. Garnish with a few slices of any fresh fruit available.
3. If you want to make more, simply double the recipe.
4. Half orange juice and half lemon juice can be used to make orange Lemonade.
5. It keeps well frozen.
